You can cancel your lessons for any reason if you give a minimum of 48hrs notice.

No refunds will be given for cancelled lessons. Instead you will be given a make up credit that can be used to rebook the missed lesson. This ensures that all the lessons for that term are completed and the student stays on track to achieve their goals.

A maximum of one make up credit may be rolled over into the next booking period. Any others accrued will expire.

If your teacher has to cancel a lesson you will be offered a make up credit.

If you are unable to reschedule the lesson in reasonable time the accrued credit will expire.

All re-schedules are subject to your teachers availability.
